Ecological powder coating

Powder coating is an ecological mode of coating of materials using appropriate types of powder paints. Environmental friendliness is a very good properly, as we deal with powder-coated components every day. Powder coating is most commonly used by the following industries:

Our plant operates an automated coating line with a capacity of up to 500 sq m per hour, and the largest dimensions of objects we are able to coat are 3000 x 1700 x 400 mm. Additionally, our coating process takes place under strict control of professional automatic equipment and under the supervision of experienced plant employees. The coating process uses powder coats specially designed for the powder coating process.

Powder coating most commonly uses epoxy, epoxy-polyester, polyurethane or polyester paints. The paints are applied onto a cleaned surface and do not flow down, do not leave traces and patches. Thanks to this we achieve a clean and smooth painted surface. Powder coats are characterised by very high resistance and flexibility. They are additionally resistant to external influences, including high temperatures, mechanical and chemical damage.
