The bending process consists in permanently changing the curvatures of the workpiece and is an indispensable element of machining. This process takes place in many industries, incl. construction, welding, agriculture, automotive, etc. Therefore, all industries are interested in the continuous development of the bending technique. Increasingly, customers decide to buy machines equipped with additional functions that will definitely provide faster service and minimize costs.
The choice of such machines is getting wider and better. And the market for bending machines begins with simple, manual ones, and ends with automated machining centers that combine many functions. Namely, the following types of bending machines can be mentioned:
Control of serial production is important in industry. Therefore, for these industries it is recommended to use benders with a higher level of technology advancement. We refer here to bending machines with CNC control or even more advanced technology - with the so-called push-bending function. CNC controlled benders are ideally suited to serial production due to previous simulation and analysis. In addition, CNC control allows the production of details with high precision and accuracy. However, in the case of benders with the so-called push-bending function we can talk about the production of extremely complex pipe shapes. Modern machines not only bend, but also roll the workpiece on rollers and bend under any arch. Thanks to these functions we can get the shape of a circle or a spiral.
