Welding with a welding robot

Our company recommends you high quality welding services with the use of the Panasonic welding robot of TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 generation. Our robotised stand is characterised by a six-metre-long running track and two independent Panadice 500 rotors, which translates into a continuous welding process over a length of up to eight metres, as well as an independent welding process on two 1200x3000 mm work fields.

The TAWERS technology is an integrated welding system that enables:

• increasing product quality
• limiting the amount of heat input
• reduction in the number of generated chipping /li>
• introduction of less line energy into a welded joint
• reduction of production costs
• achieving maximum process flexibility
• welding of thin and thick materials.

The welding robot operating in TAWERS technology performs welding using MIG/MAG/TIG methods. That is why its versatility is so useful in every metal working plant, including ours. However, our welding robot also works with the use of the following functions:

• Hyper Dip Pulse (HD-Pulse): pulse welding,
• Arc LiftStart: splinter-free ignition
• Arc LiftEnd: function allowing to avoid a crater in the joint
• SP-MAG: innovative, virtually splinter-free welding method.

The TAWERS technology with WG3 controller provides a new Weld Navigation feature that allows to adjust the values for current and voltage. The system will automatically calculate the recommended values after entering the appropriate parameters. This reduces the welding process.
