What is a processing centre?

A processing centre is a modern machine that produces detailed items with many tools. The operation of such a centre is fast and exceptionally precise and, most importantly, it is controlled by a computer, which translates into even greater efficiency in machining.

Our company also uses an advanced vertical centre by Chiron 23, model FZ 18L of the High Speed series. This allows us to provide you with top-quality services of CNC milling. Our centre, which is also computer-controlled, is characterised by high productivity and working speed, precision and reliability. We can mill small parts while maintaining high quality of the machined surface, but we can also machine larger parts with dimensions of 400x400x2000 mm. We would like to add that smaller details are made on machines from the Brother TC-32A and Chiron FZ12 series designed for large batches.

CNC milling services are some of the key modern machining processes in our plant. This method allows to process for example planes, grooves, channels or shaped surfaces.
