Metal forming is the permanent change of shape, size and structure of a workpiece, and ultimately results in a change of its mechanical properties. The process of metal forming may include, among others, forging, stamping, rolling, cutting or extrusion. Of course, metal forming has a number of benefits, mainly material savings, especially in mass production and the ability to form various details. This allows us to obtain complex shapes of workpieces or improve the physical properties of the material processed.

Metal forming could not take place without the use of equipment and machines that are specifically designed for this purpose. These machines differ in design, principle of operation and of course have undergone industrial evolution. Nowadays, most of the machines used for metal forming are automated and computer-controlled (CNC machining), which greatly influences the quality, efficiency and repeatability of the entire machining process.

We also use computer-controlled machines for plastic working processes. Among our latest machines there is a modern press brake of the Servobrake 4015 type from Dener, which is perfect for our daily work of material forming. The cutting-edge laser cutting machine from Trumpf with Fiber source with 6 kW TruDisk laser is also doing an excellent job.
