What is punching?

Punching is one of the machining methods that is carried out by means of a punching die mounted in an eccentric or mechanical press. The material is placed on the die, then when activated the die cuts out the desired shape. The thickness and hardness of the material, mainly sheet metal, must be matched to the dimensions and capabilities of the punch die. Other operations such as trimming, hole punching, perforating or edging can be carried out with the presses. The punching process itself is simple, so order processing is fast.

We provide services of punching and clinching on eccentric presses with pressure up to 320 tons and hydraulic presses with pressure up to 160 tons. We specialise in processing the following material:

• plain steel (S235, S355);
• aluminized steel (PA).
