Metal forming

Metal forming makes it possible to improve the physical and mechanical properties of the processed material and to obtain quite complex shapes at the same time. Moreover, it allows, for example, the use of less material, which ensures more cost-efficient and ecological production.

Metal forming is used in many branches of industry. Of course, perfect metal processing is possible thanks to advanced and functional machines. The choice of this type of machinery and equipment is very wide, but the following machines are most often used:

• bending brakes, hydraulic presses, eccentric presses
• benders
• bending rolls
• compactors
• laser cutters, etc.

A large number of processes can be carried out on plastic working machines, such as:

• turning
• milling
• bending
• punching
• cutting
• forming
• forging
• rolling.

The machines available on the market today are completely different from those at the end of the last century. Such an example of modern metal forming machines are computer controlled machines, i.e. the entire machining process is carried out according to the data entered into the computer. This ensures much faster, more precise and repeatable machining regardless of the type of machine or process. In our metal forming plant, we also use state-of-the-art solutions and CNC machines. Such machines include:

• vertical machining centre by Chiron 23 (model: FZ 18L) of the High Speed series
• CNC lathes
• Panasonic welding robot of TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 generation
• Trumpf laser cutting machine with Fiber source with 6 kW TruDisk laser.
