Ever higher customer expectations and growing market demands are driving the industrial cutting process. Automation of cutting processes has made traditional material cutting techniques a thing of the past. Traditional cutting techniques are still in use but to a much lesser extent. They have been replaced by modern machines and technologies such as laser, waterjet and plasma cutting. Traditional cutting is less efficient and slower, giving way to more efficient, faster and more precise technology.
The laser technology we most often read about is a versatile method for cutting many types of materials. We can use lasers to cut paper or glass without affecting their physical properties. Laser cutters are modern and technologically advanced machines whose main goal is to cut quickly, accurately, efficiently and economically. There are three basic types of cutting machines on the market, distinguished by the laser source:
In our plastics processing plant, we work with the fibre technology that has the best cutting parameters. A Trumpf laser cutting machine with a fibre source and a TruDisk laser power of 6 kW enables us to cut black steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to a thickness of 20 mm. This makes our laser cutting services highly competitive, efficient, precise and overall cost-effective. Remember: the higher the power of the laser cutter, the higher the cutting speed and thus the efficiency of the machine. Moreover, even the smallest detail cut out does not need to be further processed.
We encourage customers from all over the country and abroad to familiarise themselves with our laser cutting services with our new 6 kW laser cutting machine. For more information about our cutting services, please call us at +48 95 762 08 61.
We look forward to working with you.
