Anyone who works with machinery knows how easy it is to soil a delicate surface. Dirt is unfortunately omnipresent in many industrial processes, which is why various industrial cleaning methods are used. Laser cleaning is one of such methods. It turns out that a laser beam not only cuts but can also effectively clean dirt on any surface.

This method is based on the fact that during the laser ablation process, dirt particles are vaporised from the surface, where they change from a solid to a gaseous state under the impact of a very large amount of energy. Laser technology in this case is highly effective and virtually non-invasive. Laser cleaning is a highly efficient technology regardless of the size of the surface to be cleaned.

In addition to laser cleaning, the contaminated surface can be effectively cleaned using soda blasting, ultrasound or a cleaning cloth.

Using it, we can perfectly handle the cutting of various materials up to 25 mm thick. Our Fiber laser uses nitrogen for cutting, so the surfaces of all parts are oxide-free, and this requires no additional processing.
