Robotic welding
Sheet metal bending
The origins of metal welding can be traced back to antiquity and the Middle Ages, and the earliest way of joining metals was by blacksmithing or forge welding. Nowadays, this method is definitely different thanks to the invention of modern and safe machines. One of these, of course, is the welding robot, which has become indispensable to numerous metalworking companies. Our company, too benefits from this useful technology.
We are happy to be able to perform our welding services using such precise and fast machines as welding robots. We are equipped with Panasonic’s welding robots of TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 generation for MAG and TIG welding. We have as many as three robotic welding stations, six-metre tracks and two independent Panadice 500 positioners at our disposal. This allows us to perform the welding process both continuously, even over a length of up to eight metres, and independently on two 1200x3000 mm work areas. A major advantage of our robotised workstations is the advanced welding control system that allows us to precisely monitor the welding process and adjust the parameters to changing conditions.
The use of modern welding robots is precise, accurate and fast. For more information on welding robots, please visit our website. There is also a video of our invaluable robots.
If you are looking for fast and precise welding of metal components, we recommend our welding services with Panasonic welding robots. We encourage companies from all over the country and abroad to cooperate with us on a permanent and fruitful basis in our state-of-the-art metal processing facility.
