Our company works with metal every day, and it surprises us with other qualities as well, such as ductility, malleability, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity.
In our company, we perform plastic metal processing through the following processes:
Laser cutting is done using the ADIGE LT 8.20 laser cutting machine with Fiber technology and a tilting head that allows cutting at angles up to 45°, as well as Trumpf laser cutting machines with a Fiber source with a laser power of TruDisk 6 kW. In both cases, we employ state-of-the-art solutions along with top-quality software. The software in our laser cutting machines enables us to achieve the highest precision, accuracy, speed, and repeatability. Meanwhile, the welding process is carried out using the Panasonic TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 welding robot, which also features an advanced welding control system, allowing us to precisely monitor the welding process and adjust parameters to changing conditions.
