Sheet metal is a commonly used material in the industry. Sheet metal processing processes do not differ significantly from the processing of other materials. In this case, automation and robotics dominate, becoming almost a standard in our country. Currently, in the industry, there are two main stages:

• The first: an increasing level of automation in all production processes.
• The second: operations primarily aimed at reducing individual stages in the production of products.

Before automation and robotics, thicker sheet metal was preferred. Nowadays, thinner material thicknesses are increasingly used, such as steel sheets with a thickness of 0.4 mm. The use of thinner elements positively affects many economic aspects, especially ecological ones. Automated solutions contribute to the improvement of:

• Efficiency
• Productivity
• Repeatability
• Feasibility.

In our facility, we also utilize modern sheet metal processing machines. Our sheet metal processing is carried out using the latest and automated machines, such as:

• Trumpf laser cutting machine with Fiber source and TruDisk 6 kW laser power (laser sheet metal cutting)
• PUMA XL model 220-30 press brake (sheet metal bending)
• SERVOBRAKE 4015 press brake (sheet metal bending).
