Welding technologies in our plant

Our company places special emphasis on the quality of the weld. That is why we perform our welding services using a latest generation TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 welding robot which allows for MIG/MAG/TIG welding methods.

Tawers is a configured system with a six-metre runway with separate Panadice 500 positioners. Thanks to such solution we have a possibility of welding the material in a continuous manner at the length of as much as eight metres and welding ultra-thin alloy steel and carbon steel materials as well as small details.

Our technology allows for:

• welding thin as well as thick elements
• improvement of the quality of the product
• reduction of the amount of spatters
• reduction of the amount of added heat
• introduction of lower linear energy to a welding joint
• reduction of the cost of production
• obtaining maximum flexibility.
