What are the advantages of powder coating?

Powder coating is the most popular method of protecting a surface against corrosion, used in metal plastic forming plants. This method is used also in our plant. Why? These are the most important advantages of powder coating:

• very high level of protection of the material against corrosion
• effectiveness, whereby the material is coated in 100%
• ecologicity
• efficiency
• smoothness of a powder coating without any cracks, swelling or sags
• high thermal resistance of a powder coating
• safety and versatility of application
• ideal masking of defects of the material
• high resistance to weather conditions and harmful effects of chemical agents.

We encourage you to use our powder coating services which are rendered using an automated line. The modern production line allows to coat in our plant even 500 m2 of surface per hour. Maximum dimensions of materials to be coated are 3000x1700x400.

There is no ideal method of preventing corrosion.
