What does CNC stand for?

It is Computerized Numerical Control, which is a numerical control unit equipped with a microcomputer which can be programmed in a very smart way, e.g. material treatment. Material treatment is performed by the machines, which, thanks to computer control, work precisely and quickly. You can program milling machines, lathes and electrical discharge machines.

CNC programmes and drivers supervise work of a machine by sending a message to a user via user interface, which has graphic form and enables to load and edit the data, change it, modify parameters, etc. CNC machining is fast, very precise and efficient.

We can distinguish the following control types of CNC machines:

• straight line control system
• point-to-point control system
• continuous-path control system, including 2D, 2 1/2D i 3D. Our factory performs CNC milling for which we use vertical machining centre Chiron 23, model FZ 18L of the High Speed series. Orders are placed in our company are executed precisely, with the highest quality and on time.
