Functioning of an excenter press

Functioning of an excenter press consists in back-and-forth motion of a slider generated by an eccentric and a connecting rod which is created by circular motion of a shaft and a flywheel. The flywheel is driven by an electric motor by means of a gear train or a belt. The press is used mainly for metal plastic forming in activities such as bending and cutting.

Our company uses also excenter presses with the pressure of up to 320 tonnes and hydraulic presses with the pressure of up to 160 tonnes. We cut structural steel (S235, S355) and aluminium steel (PA). Thanks to excenter presses, we are able to execute the most difficult orders in the field of plastic forming.
