Numerical control machine

Numerical control machine processes binary and impulse parameters into relevant work movements.

Numerical control machines are characterised by the following features:

• data carrier: an input device controlled by means of cards, floppy disks, and bands
• they have separate drives for each traverse axis and spindle
• data transmitter: data on a data carrier are converted into signals controlling the drives
• feedback of measurement and control data.

First numerical control machines were created in 1940s and 1950s. Currently, there are CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machines, in which control codes are usually generated using 3D graphics software.

In our plant we use also the latest machines. Thanks to controlling the machine, our prices are competitive and guarantee our customers repeatability of manufactured elements as well as very effective high series production.
