Reference numbers of welding methods

In our plant we use the following welding methods according to PN-EN ISO 4063:2011 standard:

• 111: MMA welding method
• 135: MAG welding method
• 141: TIG welding method.

Basic reference numbers of welding methods which are used most frequently in every plant:

• 113: bare metal arc welding
• 131: MIG welding
• 136: flux-cored arc welding with active gas shield
• 137: flux-cored arc welding with inert gas shield
• 151: plasma arc welding
• 311: oxy-acetylene welding (gas welding).

In our company, we weld using robotised work stations which allow for executing the most difficult orders in the country as well as abroad. Thanks to the work of the welding robot, we guarantee high weld repeatability, aesthetic welds as well as high welding speed. We also eliminate the risk of burning the material.
