Our latest welding robot TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 is equipped with a unique TAWERS ACTIVE WIRE system which allows for welding, among others, ultrathin materials made of alloy steel and non-alloy steel. What is more, it can weld details in case of which it is not recommended to introduce high heat input. One of many advantages of this system is the lack of the risk of burning a material which, unfortunately, happens frequently during traditional welding.

TAWERS ACTIVE WIRE system has also many other important functions such as:

• Arc LiftStart, that is spatter-free ignition
• Hyper Dip Pulse: it is a type of pulse arc which gives the possibility of obtaining high welding speed without melting a material
• Arc LiftEnd: this function allows to avoid formation of a crater in the weld area
• SP-MAG: it is an innovative, virtually spatter-free welding method.
