We bend, punch, weld

Diversity of services in our plant, including bending, punching and welding, is an opportunity to create a perfect offer in the field of metal forming.

For that purpose, our plant expands its machinery park by state-of-the-art machines. In the recent period we bought the newest Dener bending brake of the Servobrake 4015 type. It is an electrically powered machine, driven by servomotors and equipped with an advanced CNC driver. Our press has great possibilities of bending as it can bend material of 1530 mm in length and pressure of 40 tonnes. We also punch using eccentric and hydraulic presses. Our machines perform very precise forming operations on such materials as common steel (S235, S355) and aluminium steel (PA).

We provide welding services by means of robotic welding stations. The main task of a welder in our plant is performed by Panasonic welding robot of TAWERS TM 1800 WG3 generation. The advantage of this station is the fact that it is equipped with a 6-metre runaway and two Panadice 500 positioners. Thanks to these positioners, we are able to weld even over the length of eight meters.
